YARD SALES

Sonny's receives clothing and household items on an ongoing basis.  While we make every effort to give away and help families, we are taking in more that we are able to store.  Our storage units are now at capacity and we are not able to take any more donations.  We held several Yard Sales over the summer 2021 as fundraisers.


ART

Sonny's has art class and fellowship gatherings as often as possible.  Click on our Events Link to find out more. 

BREAD DONATIONS


Each week, generous donations are picked up from Panera. The breads, bagels and pastries are sorted, bagged and distributed for many families. With some of the bread, hundreds of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are made and provided to the local homeless shelters. The pastries have been left in the break rooms to be shared with with nurses, first responders, police officers, firemen.  Treats have been made with other donations and taken to shelters as well.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH

Sonny's participates with other ministries in outreach community events to serve the homeless by providing underwear, socks, t-shirts, hygiene items and snacks to go.  





GIFT MART 2020

Sonny's participated in the Love out Loud Gift Mart, December 2020 by providing bagged children's outfits to help serve hundreds of families for the Christmas Holiday season.
